This electronic dance track came from experimenting. It has a great driving feel, so it's called "Drill Instructor." It starts with an intro, then a simple, noisy bass and changing drums. There are also EDM-style synth layers. It feels like a club track that pulls you along. This track really became a personal workout song because it drove so well during cardio.
The album cover is a fun picture of a weight on a cutting board. No dishes were harmed!
Author's Note: Best paired with an elevated heart rate!
